The problem

Five bottlenecks when installation orders spread across provinces

Each one comes with how Bluebolt Services handles it.

  1. Technicians spread across provinces

Every area has its own team, its own way of communicating and its own reporting.

    How Bluebolt Services handles it

One dispatch partner: the brand sends the order, Bluebolt Services assigns the nearest technician with the right skills.

  2. Inconsistent quality

The same product gets installed differently in every place, and customers complain to the brand.

    How Bluebolt Services handles it

Every job follows the same process and is signed off with the customer using photos.

  3. Slow order handling

Nobody is sure which stage an order is stuck at, or who has it.

    How Bluebolt Services handles it

Every job has a status across five steps, from intake to reconciliation.

  4. Costs that are hard to control

Extra charges at the customer's home have no reference to check against.

    How Bluebolt Services handles it

Service fees are set by contract; parts follow a published reference price list.

  5. SLAs you cannot measure

You promise customers a timeframe but have no data to check it.

    How Bluebolt Services handles it

Each job's timestamps are recorded so they can be checked against the regional SLA.

Process

From brand order to reconciliation in five steps

Every job goes through the same five steps, so the brand always knows where an order is and who has it.

00Customer purchaseTrigger: The customer buys an appliance from a brand, marketplace or retail chain. This triggers the job; Bluebolt Services is not involved yet.

    Step 01: Order intake

Brand or retailer → Bluebolt Services

Installation orders enter Bluebolt Services' system through the channel agreed with the brand or retailer.

  2. A technician on a motorbike carrying a tool case and a ladder checks a new job on his phoneIllustrative image

    Step 02: Technician dispatch

    Bluebolt Services

The system assigns the nearest technician with the right skills and an open slot.

  3. A technician shows a family how to use the remote of a newly installed air conditionerIllustrative image

    Step 03: Appointment confirmation

    Technician ↔ customer

The technician calls the customer to confirm the time and address.

  4. A technician in a blue polo shirt mounting a wall-mounted air conditioner in an apartmentIllustrative image

    Step 04: Installation and sign-off

    Technician + customer

The technician installs and test-runs the unit, then signs off with the customer using photos in the app.

  5. A woman in glasses works at a desktop computer in an office in the evening, with a warm desk lamp behind herIllustrative image

    Step 05: Reconciliation and warranty

Bluebolt Services → brand or retailer, customer

Bluebolt Services reports to and reconciles with the brand or retailer. The customer registers the installation warranty.

Reconciliation and invoicing

Two payments, kept separate from the start

An installation job carries a service fee between the brand and Bluebolt Services, and may also involve extra parts at the customer's home. The two follow separate paths.

Who is responsible for faults after installation?

Responsibilities are set out in the contract: product faults and installation faults follow two separate processes.

Product and component faults are handled by the brand under its own warranty process; faults caused by a Bluebolt Services technician's installation or repair work are fixed by Bluebolt Services.

Faults that need joint handling: once Bluebolt Services and the brand have confirmed the findings, the technician of whichever party is on site fixes the problem for the customer; costs are reconciled as agreed.

How long is the installation warranty?

The warranty period depends on the type of service and is set out in the warranty policy.

New installations carry a 2-month workmanship warranty from sign-off

How are extra parts charged, and are they invoiced?

The customer and the technician agree on site using the reference parts prices, and the customer pays the technician directly.

See reference parts prices
Where can a brand follow the progress of its orders?

Every job has a status across the five steps, plus sign-off photos. How reports reach the brand is agreed in the contract.
