Warranty

Register your installation warranty

The service warranty covers the installation work done by Bluebolt Services technicians.

Step 1: Have your details ready
Your name, phone number, installation address, sign-off date and appliance. Add the order code or purchase receipt if you have it.
Step 2: Call the hotline
Call +84 902 808 049 and say you want to register your installation warranty.
Step 3: Get confirmation
Customer care records your request and books a check-up if one is needed.
Bluebolt Services responds to requests within 24 business hours. Installation faults are fixed within 24 business hours in inner Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi, and 36 business hours elsewhere.

Warranty: repair or part replacement	3 months from sign-off
Warranty: cleaning and servicing	1 month from sign-off

Product and component faults are covered by the brand under its own warranty. Bluebolt Services is responsible for fixing faults caused by the installation or repair work of Bluebolt Services technicians.
The service warranty does not cover materials the customer bought, or damage from normal wear, misuse, unstable power, natural disasters, fire, force majeure or work by a third party not appointed by Bluebolt Services. Faults outside the warranty are charged according to the quote you have confirmed.
